Appointments

Snip N Clips Mobile Grooming operates by appointment. Because we provide mobile grooming services, appointment times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or scheduling changes.

Access to the Pet

A responsible adult must make the pet safely available at the scheduled appointment time unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate service-location information and ensuring that our grooming vehicle can safely and legally access the appointment location.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. We ask clients to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated scheduling issues may result in a cancellation fee, deposit requirement, or restrictions on future booking.
